do I have to register before I place an order?
Registration will help you to
get the most out of the "Atlas Pen". Once you've
registered your billing and shipping address will be remembered
on future visits. Registration also allows you to look up
your previous order, place re-orders and track recently placed
orders.
How does my shopping cart
work?
When you see an item you want
to buy, enter a quantity and click on the "add to cart"
button. This places the item in your shopping cart. After
you've finished shopping, select "Checkout" from
the shopping cart page. First, we will ask you for your name,
billing address, and shipping address. Next, you will need
to customize your products by choosing colors and adding your
logo. Next you will need to review your order information.
If the information is correct, enter your credit card information
and click "Continue". A page will appear that confirms
your order and gives you an order number that you can use
if you need to contact us. We will also confirm your order
via e-mail within 24 hours.
Do I have to buy the items
I place in my shopping cart?
No. You can remove an item from
your cart at any time pressing the red trash can button next
to the item. Your order is not final until you enter your
credit card number and continue to the final step.
How do I checkout?
Once you have added items to
your shopping cart, click the checkout button to begin the
checking out process.

Is it safe to use my credit
card online?
It's statistically safer to
use your credit card over the Internet than in a typical restaurant
or department store. "Atlas Pen" servers use Secure
Sockets Layer (SSL), an encryption technology that works with
Netscape Navigator, Microsoft Internet Explorer and AOL's
browser so that only "Atlas Pen" can read a buyer's

What is Re-Ordering?
If you have made a purchase
on AtlasPen.com, your order will be stored in your
"Order History". Then you could reorder a previously

Customized Products:
AtlasPen.com offers hundreds
of products that can be customized, or imprinted with you
companies logo. During the checkout process, you will be given
an oppurtunity to upload your logo to Atlas Pen to be imprinted
on to the products you have choosen to purchase.
Legal Notices
Authorization - When you place
an order with Atlas Pen & Pencil Corp., you represent
and warrant that you have the authority to order and purchase
the products specified on your order. In the event that buyer's
account is placed for collection, buyer agrees to pay a service
charge of 1% per month or the highest rate allowed by law
(whichever is the lesser), from the due date of each invoice
to date of payment, and buyer agrees to pay collection and/or
attorney fees of 33% of the amount owed. Buyer agrees that
any dealings between Buyer and Atlas Pen & Pencil Corp.,
shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the
laws of the State of Florida and customer further agrees to
the jurisdiction of Florida State Courts to determine any
controversy arising in their dealings. Atlas reserves the
right to reverse discounts if invoices are not paid within
terms. In consideration of creditor extending the use of this
website to the buyer, the buyer personally and individually
guarantees unconditionally full and prompt payment of past,
present and future obligations by the Credit Card submitted
with this order, and hereby waiving notice of acceptance of
this guaranty, notice of sale of goods and/or labor provided
customer by creditor and notice of default or change or extension
of credit terms. The buyer consents that this is a continuing
guaranty of payment to creditor by credit card and agrees
to these terms and conditions.
